Instructions: This eGift Card may be used just like cash toward the purchase of merchandise and services at any Staples U.S. retail store or at Staples.com.


Terms and Conditions: Staples eGift Cards are distributed by third party vendor CashStar, Inc. ("CashStar"). Staples reserves the right to not honor eGift Cards obtained from unauthorized sellers, including persons selling on auction websites, and to deactivate or reject cards issued or procured in connection with fraudulent transactions. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused eGift Cards may not be transferred. eGift Cards are subject to Staples' Customer Personal Information Privacy Policy. Ownership and risk of loss passes to you when CashStar sends a confirmation email to you. Neither Staples nor CashStar are responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards. eGift Cards may be used in any Staples U.S. retail store or at Staples.com. eGift Cards cannot be used for credit card payments or to purchase other gift cards (including Staples gift cards) or wireless cards. Not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law. No more than five eGift Cards may be used for any single purchase. eGift Cards may not be consolidated. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. Please have your order number and email address available.


Staples and CashStar are not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or are not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure recipient's email address is correct. If an email be returned due to inaccurate delivery information, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address. If you have confirmed recipient's email address but eGift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, recipient's spam filter may have blocked the email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder; recipient's firewall may have blocked the email; or recipient's email inbox may be over the size limit. If a spam filter on recipient's computer is blocking emails from "giftcards@cashstar.com" from being received, recipient should modify his/her computer settings accordingly and add "giftcards@cashstar.com" to his/her address book or approved sender list. If you need further assistance, contact Customer Support.


If you wish to add a personal message to an eGift Card, simply type your message in the message field on the eGift Card preview. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the eGift Card. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. We reserve the right to cancel any eGift Card order which involves offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, and to replace inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable images, or those which infringe upon trademark or copyright law, with the following image:
